M-Tech was founded in 2003 — and the core team has been together for almost twenty years. The last technology partner you'll ever need, is how we tend to put it.

We're experts as a service: engineers, architects and service leaders who'd rather get the thing right than be quick about saying it's done. Our mission has stayed the same the whole time — to revolutionise end-user perception of IT and encourage proper adoption of the technology that's already in front of people.

From a local break-fix shop to a fully managed technology department — the same instinct the whole way through: make the technology quietly work.

  1. 2003

    Where it started

    M-Tech Systems founded in Eastbourne — fixing and supporting the technology local organisations relied on, and learning early that the best call is the one a client never has to make.

  2. The managed shift

    From break-fix to managed

    We moved from reactive support to running estates properly — standardised builds, monitoring, security and patching, so problems were engineered out rather than waited for.

  3. Our own network

    Becoming an ISP

    We registered our own UK Autonomous System (AS203582) and built a carrier-grade core — so connectivity became something we own and answer for, not something we resell and hope about.

  4. Our own cloud

    A UK private cloud

    mtech.cloud — a UK-hosted Nutanix platform — gave clients sovereign infrastructure with recovery designed around outcomes, not green ticks in a console.

  5. Today

    One accountable department

    MSP, MSSP, ISP, property technology, automation and AI under one roof — from the cabling in the wall to the AI agent on the desktop, run by one engineering bench with one set of SLAs.

Every M-Tech employee holds an Enhanced DBS check — not just field engineers, every single member of the team.
