M-Tech Systems was founded in Eastbourne, East Sussex, the sunny south east corner of the UK, in 2002 by Managing Director Martin Lulham. Starting out on his own, with just one client and a 6-month contract, Martin’s passion for technology, vision and drive has grown our business to what it is today.
The M-Tech team can boast 120 years of combined technical experience, countless accreditations and a wealth of knowledge in many different technologies and applications. Employee retention is a big part of the business, with the core team having developed the business over the past decade. Head of Technology Steven Hayes joined forces with Martin in 2004, shortly followed by National Sales Manager Stuart Taylor, Operations Manager Dave Backler and Senior Technical Consultant Giles Eadon. Although taking on different organisational roles, all of the senior management are technically skilled, enabling them to fully understand the industry and M-Tech’s position within it.
We take great pride in having long and successful client relationships, even down to the fact we still provide IT support and technology solutions for the company’s first ever client from back in 2002. We aim to make every conversation you have with us as hassle-free and helpful as we can.
We are what’s known as a ‘vendor agnostic’ business, we deal with lots of different names in the IT industry but we have no financial affiliation to any of them. Any advice you receive from the M-Tech team will be wholly impartial and purely based on what we believe to be the best solution for your organisation.
Isn’t the saying ‘the sky’s the limit’? We’re continually growing, with dedicated employees in business development, contracts, projects and marketing, all working to support our tech team deliver the best results and support for your business. We know the realities of getting too big too quick though, so although we have huge ambitions (including having some international territories within our sights – watch this space), we are mindful of growing at a sustainable rate. We’re also continually learning, placing great importance on the continual education of every one of our technical support team and analysts. The more we know, the better we can advise you.
